Ingredients
  1. Sugar 1/2 cup
  2. Vermicelli 1 cup
  3. Raisins 7-8
  4. Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Cashew nut 7-8
  6. Milk ½ Ltr
  7. Ghee 6-7 Spoon
  8. Saffron
Instructions
  1. Heat Ghee in a pan.
  2. Add raisins, cashew nut and vermicelli and fry it.
  3. Once vermicelli turns light brown add milk to it.
  4. Add sugar [according to taste] add little saffron.
  5. Boil it in low flame until vermicelli is cooked.
  6. Add Cardamom powder and mix well.
  7. Serve it hot.
