Chinese Noodles

When we hear Noodles, we will visualise Chinese restaurant.
It is one of the favourite dish of younger generation . it is very easy to make dish.
It contains many stir fried vegetables and sauces . The only time consuming part in this dish is chopping the vegetables.
If your knife skills are good or if you have some slicers with you then it will take 20-30 minutes.
Here is the recipe.

Ingredients

  • Noodles -150 grams

  • Oil – 3 tbsp

  • Cabbage – 3/4 cup thinly sliced

  • Spring onion greens – 1/4 cup finely chopped

  • Capsicum – 1 medium size

  • Soya sauce -1 tbsp or as needed

  • Garlic – 2 tbsp  finely chopped

  • Onion – 1 medium sized

  • Ginger – 1 tsp finely chopped

  • Green Chilli sauce – 2 tsp or as needed

  • Salt and pepper powder to taste

Noodles Preparation

  • Take enough water in a vessel add 1 spoon oil and little salt and boil it.

  • Add noodles to it. Boil it for 10-15 minutes [This time varies . Please check the noodles pack for time].Drain the noodles and keep ready

Method

  • Heat oil in a pan, add finely chopped onion, garlic, ginger and sauté on a high flame for a few seconds until onion turns transparent.

  • Add  chopped cabbage ,capsicum and spring onion greens and stir fry it for 3-4 minutes in high flame.

  • Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, salt needed, pepper powder and fry for a second.

  • Add boiled noodles and fry it for a few seconds. You can add sauce according to taste.

  • if you have extra spring onion greens, garnish with it and serve hot.
