Ingredients:
- Potato 1-2
- Carrot 1
- Beans 10
- Green peas 1 cup
- Other spices:
Onion 1 - Garlic 4-5 cloves
- Ginger small piece
- Coconut 1 hand full
- Green chilly 1-2
- Bay leaves 2-3
- Rice 1 cup
- Coriander leaves
- Curry leaves
- Cashew nuts 3-4
- Cardamom 3
- Cinnamon 1 small piece
- Ghee 7-8 spoons
- Turmeric

Method
- In a cooker put 3-4 spoons of ghee and heat it.
- Add cardamom, cinnamon, cashew nut and fry it for 20-30 seconds.
- Now add chopped garlic, chopped onion, and chopped green chilly, turmeric and curry leaves and fry it until onions become transparent.
- Put this mixture to a mixer; add coriander leaves and coconut and grind it to fine paste.
- Now in a cooker put 4-5 spoons of ghee and put chopped vegetables mentioned above and fry it for about 1 minute.
- Add 1 cup of rice to it and fry it for 30 seconds.
- Now add the masala paste we prepared earlier and mix it well.
- Add 2 cups of water [water may vary according to rice type and quantity], add 1-2 bay leaves, put salt and mix it well.
- You can also add any of garam masala powder you have.
- And close the cooker and pressure cook it for 13 minutes. [Time may vary according to rice type] and Vegetable Rice bath will be ready.

Ingredients:
- Tomato 1
- Onion 1
- Green chilly 1
- Curd 3 cups
- Mustard ΒΌ tea spoon
- Coconut 2 spoon
- Coriander leaves
Method

Finely Grind mustard, coconut and curd; Add finely Chopped tomato, onion and green chilly to it.

Add Salt according to taste. Add finely chopped coriander leaves and raitha is ready.
